Attention club advisors and club officers!

There has been a change to the procedures by which clubs will need to request funds through the Club Finance Committee. The basic steps of this process are as follows:

Clubs requesting funds over $500 or in excess of the balance in the club’s Yearly Stipend account need to be submitted through the Google Form found here (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdlavq_xkkGmLHJ1rw3gCKTjwSzlaEQ8Lwdu8wB-KLv-jiTbQ/viewform). These requests will be reviewed by the Clubs Finance Committee. It is recommended that a representative of the club attend the next Clubs Finance Meeting to answer any questions that may arise. (If you already have a request in the Swarm, please do not resubmit using this form, your request is already being reviewed.)

Clubs requesting funds to come out of their Yearly Stipend account will still submit these requests through the Swarm.

Clubs requesting funds to come out of their Earned Income account (regardless of the amount), will still submit these requests through the Swarm.
