Counseling Services will be hosting Mental Health First Aid Training. Two full-day sessions will be open for faculty, staff and students.

“Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you to be a first responder for mental health crises, offering immediate support and guiding people to professional care, just like CPR for the mind.”
