As part of the campus’ recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults.
As part of MHFA, our community partners from the Rural Health Network have partnered with Truth Pharm, a local harm reduction organization, to offer both MHFA and Narcan training at no cost, made possible through funding from Broome County Opioid Settlement Funds.
Full participation in the two-day program is expected; kindly, please do not sign up if you cannot commit to completing the full training program.
