The Chamber Singers is a select vocal ensemble of 16 to 24 high-level, high-energy singers performing a cappella and accompanied music of all styles, including, spirituals, jazz arrangements, 20th-century and contemporary music of today. We look for singers who want to make music and who have a joy for singing, an excellent team attitude, a commitment to attend two rehearsals a week and having FUN!
Rehearsals are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:45 p.m. in Campus Services Room 113.
Auditions will be held Monday, Aug. 27 through Wed, Aug. 29. The audition requires singing 16 measures of any song and is open to all students attending SUNY Broome. (This course can also be taken for credit.)
