Transformational leadership is one of the most researched leadership models in the world. This model is designed to help achieve performance beyond expectations, or in other words, followers can deliver performance even beyond what they thought they were capable of achieving. This training program will examine the four key dimensions of transformational leadership, and offer suggestions for how to enact these behaviors to improve your leadership skills. Because leadership is a transferable skill, these behaviors can be used to improve your leadership skills at work, in the community and even at home.
