On April 3, Kathleen McKenna was the guest speaker, via Zoom, at our partner university, the Universidad de Celaya, Mexico. 255 students, faculty, and staff participated in the presentation, on the topic of Leadership in the Face of the Health Emergency. McKenna also stressed the importance of social distancing, and reinforced the current education campaign heroine in Mexico–Susana Distancia. Sebastian Martinez, a Broome SEED grad and Celaya student, participated in the teleconference.
