Many of you may not be aware that SUNY Broome has had a long-term partnership with the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX), which is administered by Cultural Vistas, a nonprofit organization that promotes global understanding and collaboration among individuals and institutions. They develop international professional experiences that create more informed, skilled, and engaged citizens. This program empowers people to drive positive change in themselves, their organization and society.
CBYX is a program that is completely funded by the U.S. Department of State. They are a reciprocal fellowship allowing 75 German young professionals the opportunity to live with an American family, study at a local college, and complete a 6-month paid internship in their career field.
