Can you imagine what it must be like to be so hungry that you can’t focus on studying? Or what it must be like to not have food on your Thanksgiving table? Unfortunately, that’s not an imaginary situation: 42% of college students go to bed hungry every day.
We know you want to help our students! Drop off a canned good at one of the designated locations on campus and help Medical Assisting students help make students on our campus feel a little bit fuller this Thanksgiving. All donations go to benefit students at SUNY Broome and the Food for Thought Pantry, located on campus.
Look for collection bins in: Decker Health Science Office (217), Applied Technology, Titchener (210), Business (Main floor), Wales (107), Learning Assistance Department, and the Library.
