Ever sit down to work and find yourself distracted, putting things off, or not knowing where to start? Focus Lab gives you dedicated time and space to focus and get your work done.
Bring what you need to work on assignments, reading, projects, or catch up work and use the two-hour session to make meaningful progress.
What can you get from the Focus Lab?
- Dedicated time to focus without distractions of your usual environment.
- Visual Pomodoro timer to help structure your work using 25-minute focus sessions followed by 5-minute breaks.
- Focus music to create a productive work environment.
- Accountability to help you get started and keep going.
- A chance to leave with something accomplished rather than saving it for later.
You don’t have to work on one specific type of assignment, and you don’t need to stay for the entire two hours. Come in, get settled, and use the time in whatever way works best for you.
Not sure where to start?
A Success Coach will be available during Focus Lab to help you figure out your next steps. Whether you need help breaking a larger task into smaller steps, deciding what to work on first, or finding a strategy to stay focused, a Success Coach can provide tips and strategies to help you get moving.
