Students: Are you interested in participating in a 6-week Emotional Wellness Group to learn effective strategies and coping skills?
Have you have had challenges with feeling overwhelmed by your emotions? Do you easily react to situations? Do you often feel upset for no apparent reason? Do you often feel sad or angry? Do you often avoid or suppress your emotions? Do you often engage in negative self-talk?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then this might be the group for you! The group meets on Thursdays from 1 to 1:50 p.m. from March 5 to April 9 in Student Services Room 210.
