This group will look at a multitude of factors that influence our overall wellness. This group aims to educate on the mind body connection and ways to become more aware and increase emotional regulation.
6 week group begins on October 26, 2020.
The group will run from 1:00 pm – 1:50 pm on Mondays October 26, November 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30.
