The Society for the Teaching of Psychology (Division 2 of the American Psychological Association).

Dr. Bill Altman (Psychology & Human Services) has been elected to a 3-year term as a Representative to the American Psychological Association Council of Representatives by the membership of The Society for the Teaching of Psychology (Division 2 of the American Psychological Association).

The Council is APA’s legislative body, and is composed of the board of directors, representatives of all of APA’s divisions, and representatives from each of the state, provincial, and territorial psychological association. The Society for the Teaching of Psychology advances the scholarship of teaching and learning, encourages professional development, and develops and shares resources and services with a collaborative community of psychology instructors at any level of the educational community.
