Maureen Hankin, DH faculty member, has been appointed by David Hamilton, Deputy Commissioner of the NYS Education Department, to a five-year term on the NYS Dental Board. The Dental Board is a regulatory and disciplinary board for the NYS Office of the Professions.
In addition, Maureen has been selected by the New York Dental Hygienists’ Association Board of Directors to receive the Outstanding Activities as a Mentor Award. The award will be presented during NYDHA’s Empire Conference at the President’s Dinner on Saturday, November 2, 2024, in Poughkeepsie, New York.
