Key Deadline and Requirements
The deadline for residents returning for Spring 2026 is Friday, December 12, 2025.
To keep your spring housing, you must complete these two requirements by the deadline:
- Full-time Registration: Be registered for 12 or more credits.
- Bill Payment: Your bill must be fully covered.
Important Note
Failure to complete both of these requirements by the December 12 deadline will require you to completely move out of your room and turn in your key before leaving for Winter Break. You would then need to complete your obligations by January 16, 2026, to move back in.
