Sleep! Getting enough sleep is essential for our well-being.

  • Aim for 6-8 hours of sleep at night.
  • Establish a sleep routine.
  • Avoid electronics up to 45-50 minutes before bed.
  • Maintain consistent bed times.
  • Don’t sleep with your phone under your pillow.
  • Safe-proof your area from distractions.
