Joseph Chermak led the Broome runners on Saturday at the Bruce Bridgeman 8K Invitational hosted by Finger Lakes CC in Canandaigua. Chermak posted a time of 30:21.5 in the meet, good enough for a 10th place finish in the field of 59. Cole Farley was the next Broome runner to cross the finish line with a time of 33:42.7 and a 28th place finish. Farley was followed by Jesse Smith (37:38.2; 44th) and Ian Benjamin (43:31.5; 56th).

Broome is off now until October 4th when they will travel to Delhi for the midweek Bronco Classic.
