LatinX & Hispanic Heritage Month

Celebrating National Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month

SUNY Broome is proud to celebrate National Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month, September 15–October 15, and to recognize the rich histories, cultures, traditions, and contributions of Hispanic and Latinx communities.

Throughout the month, we invite students, faculty, and staff to learn, connect, and celebrate through educational and cultural opportunities across campus. This month provides an opportunity not only to celebrate the many contributions of Hispanic and Latinx individuals and communities, but also to deepen our understanding of the diverse experiences and perspectives that enrich our campus and broader community.

We encourage all members of the SUNY Broome community to participate in upcoming events, engage in conversation, and join us in celebrating National Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month.
