Erin Frye, Associate Professor of Business Programs, recently published an article in the Spring 2020 volume of New Horizons in Adult Education & Human Resource Development.
The article, entitled “The Role of HRD in Influencing Ethical Behavior and Corporate Social Responsibility Within Organizations,” details how human resource development (HRD) strategies and initiatives can aid companies in improving employee awareness about ethical issues, as well as making corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainability a priority.
