The editorial committee includes editor Cathy Abashian Williams, MPA; Silvia Briga ( ’07); Elisabeth Costanzo Stewart; Matthew Ebbers ( ’15); assistant editor, Erin Merritt ( ’13); Lisa Schappert; Valerie Pitcher and Jesse Wells. Regular contributors include Sara Forbes ( ’17) and Ashley Blackwell ( ’04).

The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) is an association for advancement professionals – such as those in marketing or alumni and development – in the education field. CASE has over 3,600 members, from elementary and high schools to colleges and non-profits. CASE has annual awards for individuals and projects that “showcase outstanding work in advancement services, alumni relations, communications, fundraising, and marketing.” This award is quite prestigious as District II is the largest in CASE, covering Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, West Virginia, and Ontario, Canada.

Congratulations to everyone who makes SUNY Broome’s alumni magazine a success!
