A huge Hornet congrats to retired women’s soccer coach Bill Rich on his recent induction into the NJCAA Women’s Soccer Hall of Fame!
Rich served as head coach for 25 years, leading SUNY Broome to three NJCAA National Championships, five Regional Championships, two Indoor National Championships, two NYS West State Cup Championships, 16 Conference Championships, and 25 consecutive winning regular seasons. He was named National Coach of the Year in 2007, All Region Coach of the Year eight times, and MSAC Conference Coach of the Year 14 times, and in 2023 was inducted into the Greater Binghamton Sports Hall of Fame.
Rich will be inducted into the NJCAA Women’s Soccer Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2024 alongside Jo Ann Todaro from Prince George’s. Congratulations, Coach!
