Join yoga instructor Christy Callahan as she teaches you some basic yoga!

Yoga Flex is a 45-minute class that emphasizes simple flow sequences to help improve flexibility and counteract some of those poor posture habits we all have. This quick, beginner-friendly class is fun, engaging, and perfect for increasing blood flow, lifting your mood, and relaxing your mind.

Never done yoga? Think it’s only for flexible people? This class will show you how easy yoga can be and just how good at it you really are.

Classes will be held on Mondays from 6pm to 6:45pm and Thursdays from 9am to 9:45am starting April 23rd and running through May 18th.

You are welcome to attend both sessions each week or just one, whatever your schedule allows!
