The Panthers ran away from the Hornets late in the second half of Broome’s 76-53 loss on Sunday.

The game featured a few ties and lead changes throughout the first half before Tompkins Cortland pushed ahead for a little cushion at halftime.

The Hornets remained in striking distance for a majority of the second half, but then a 22-7 run in favor of the Panthers turned an eight-point deficit into a 23-point deficit.
