The old MyCollege platform is set to be discontinued by outside vendor, Unifyed, in the coming weeks. Because of the vast amount of content found on the original platform dating back to over a decade ago, we have chosen to bring over only certain communities, files and pages that are widely used and up-to-date.
If you own an area, community, or page in the old MyCollege platform, and are not seeing what you need in the new platform, please reach out to marcom@sunybroome.edu or call 607-778-5586 to discuss content migration options.
For Committee, Council, and Group Administrators:
A good place to start in the new platform would be to navigate to “Campus Groups” (only SUNY Broome employees can see this tab), and from there, locate your committee, council, or group and click into the website for it. From there, make sure all content from your old group – including but not limited to text, headers, images, document libraries, and file/folder structures are correct.
If you had a different page or website in the old MyCollege platform that you still aren’t seeing under Campus Groups, please reach out and we will work with you to replicate your old page.
