What’s the Buzz (Bundle) all about?
SUNY Broome Community College is excited to announce the Buzz Bundle, a course material rental program that lowers the cost of materials and provides for first day access to materials for students in one convenient package.
The College’s Buzz Bundle program, developed in partnership with Barnes & Noble, will officially launch Dec. 16, and will provide you with access to your required course materials on, or before, the first day of the spring semester.
Through this new program, digital materials will be delivered directly within BrightSpace, and physical books will be conveniently packaged and provided on a rental basis. A cost of $25 per credit hour will be charged to your account.

What is the cost of the Buzz Bundle?
The Buzz Bundle cost is $25 per credit hour and will be automatically added to your tuition bill via the registration process each semester.
Can I opt out of the Buzz Bundle program?
Yes, after you have been provided a cost analysis, you will be able to opt out of the Buzz Bundle program. For the spring 2025 semester, the opt-out window will run from Dec. 16, 2024 – Feb. 17, 2025.
