SUNY Broome English Professor & Coordinator of ENG 220, Dr. David R. Chirico, spent some quality “pandemic lockdown” time this past summer writing A Short Guide to Isolation.
Inspired by his background as a lifelong meditator, Dr. Chirico wrote this guide to help students deal constructively with the experience of isolation.
