Dear students,
We are aware of some delays in the campus Bookstore filling textbook orders for some classes. As some of you may be aware, the College transitioned from one bookstore operator to another over the summer. Unfortunately, the new Bookstore vendor received incomplete, and sometimes incorrect, information from the previous vendor on required books for all classes.
As faculty members returned to campus to begin the semester, many contacted and continue to contact the Bookstore with book updates and changes.
The Bookstore is hard at work placing orders as they receive the information and unpacking the dozens of boxes of books received daily. They also are tracking down the orders placed several weeks ago that have still not arrived. The store staff is dedicated to working very hard to get everything caught up quickly.
