Think about enjoying the Spring semester and even the mid-term period and the hectic planning period for the end-of-semester/graduation/
At our March 8 meeting at 10:00 am in T-107, we will share helpful information about the challenge and how we will recognize all participants.
Imagine starting Spring 2022 and Spring break with a month of calming meditation under your belt. It’s a great way to start the new season and end the old one.
Meditation has been recognized as beneficial in reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, reducing anxiety and aiding in coping with addictions.
