Yoga: Short and Sweet runs from noon to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Feb. 5 through May 7 in Student Center Room 106.
Class dates are Feb. 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 and 28, March 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 and 28, April 2, 4 (no class April 9), 11, (no class during spring break April 16 and 18), 23, 25 and 30, May 2 and 7.
Instructor Allison Ellis will lead this lunchtime rejuvenation program.
Learn to breathe deep, move slowly, connect and restore, starting with a Vinyasa warmup that allows you to feel more calm, centered, strong and flexible.
Short and Sweet will provide a well-balanced workout so you feel refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of your day. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you.
Limit of 20 participants.
