There will be two Student Retention and Success workshops held May 9.
“Poverty at SUNY Broome” will provide an interactive experience as participants work through everyday issues related to poverty from the perspective of a SUNY Broome student.
“What Do I Do With This Student” is another interactive workshop designed to help faculty and staff effectively support and refer students to campus and community resources.
Each of these workshops will take place in T007 and T009 from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. and 2:20 to 3:20 p.m.. Each workshop is offered in each time slot, and attendees can choose which order or prioritize attendance as they wish. RSVP is not required.
