Increase your flexibility and strength in our Fitness Fusion class — free to faculty and staff — from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesdays from Feb. 6 through May 15.
Classes will be held Feb. 6, 13, 20 and 27, March 6, 13, 20 and 27, April 3, 10 and 24, and May 1, 8 and 15 in Dance Room SC 106.
In this class, you will strengthen your core, and stretch to increase your flexibility using Pilates, yoga, Sculpting and barefoot cardio. You will learn the importance of core strength and flexibility, feel healthier through regular movement, get weekly tips and workouts to ease you into a successful program, and build motivation through positive support.
Your commitment will be to attend a minimum of 10 classes and to participate to the best of your ability. This class can accommodate only 20 participants, so if you’re ready to commit to this program, sign up today!
