On July 10, 2018, we will be offering a campus-wide customer service training for faculty and staff entitled “Secret to Dealing with Difficult People” featuring speaker, Anthony Gray of ENI.
This training will be offered on July 10, 2018, in the morning from 9:30 to 10:10 a.m. and in the afternoon from 2 to 2:40 p.m. and will be held in the Business Building in Room B110.
