Often students struggle to figure out how to study in college- sometimes what worked in high school is not cutting it in college. Above are some tips to help students. Give them a try- if you are still struggling, reach out for help.

This is a great point in the semester to start adding some physical activity – if you aren’t already doing so – give this a try.

Start with a 20 minute walk each day – if that is too much – maybe every other day seems easier.

Schedule it in your day – make it a priority.

As the semester moves on you will see the stress level increase and the work demand grow.

Moving a little each day will help you. Start this week and continue to challenge yourself each week as the semester goes on to add a little more or do something a little different.
