The Ellucian helpline aids current and prospective students in getting the answers they need regarding admissions, registration, financial aid and student accounts, primarily in the evenings and weekends when college offices are closed.
However, in August and January — peak enrollment processing times — calls to our main line (5001) do transfer to the Ellucian helpline during regular hours when the line is otherwise busy, or when we are assisting walk-in visitors.
With this in mind, we request that faculty and staff refrain from using the 5001 line during peak hours in August and January. If you have any concerns regarding Admissions processes, please call the director of Admissions at 5565.
