Former SUNY Broome English Professor Dick Stoner passed away on Saturday. Stoner taught in the college’s English Department for many years.There will be a memorial mass July 19 at 11 a.m.at St. Vincent dePaul Blessed Sacrament Church, Clubhouse Road, Vestal.
