Congratulations to Nathan Smales, for being one of the NY State 2019-2020 Vanguard Award Winners! He is one of 8 Awardees selected from a pool of 60 strong nominations across NY State.
The Vanguard Award recognizes outstanding post-secondary level students who are enrolled in CTE programs that prepare them for careers that are not traditional for their genders.
Nathan is a senior in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at SUNY Broome Community College. We are so very proud of Nathan and his accomplishments!!!!!
Nathan will receive his award at a special ceremony held in Albany, NY in the Spring of 2020.
