With finals around the corner and students looking for a final breath of fresh air before their examinations, Residence Directors Alexandria Donkor, Justin Banks-McDowell and the RA staff held a large block party on May 13 for the residents of the student village.

While the party was getting ramped up, it began to sprinkle a bit outside so the team, along with a few helpful residents, moved everything into the Student Village classroom to continue the fun. The festivities included rainbow tie-dying, sea-shell painting, snow cones, cotton candy making, board games, and more — with hamburgers and hot dogs to top everything off.

Having all the residents coming together in one place for a great time just shows how connected the Student Village at SUNY Broome really is!
