Social Isolation Group: This group will help you to manage your stress, Emotions and mental wellness matters that have come about as a result of COVID-19.

This 6 week group begins on September 24, 2020.

The group will run from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm on Thursdays September 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29.

This group will be hosted on Zoom.
