Brindisi to Present Special Department of Defense Pin for Vietnam Veterans
Congressman Anthony Brindisi (NY-22) will hold a pinning ceremony for area Vietnam veterans at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, in SUNY Broome’s West Gym, located in the Student Center.
If a veteran served on active duty in the United States Armed Forces at any time from Nov. 1, 1955, to May 15, 1975, either overseas or stateside, they can be honored with a special Department of Defense pin.
