A six-week Stress Management and Mindfulness group for students only is being offered through Counseling Services.

The group will meet from 11 to 11:50 a.m. Sept. 26 through Oct. 31 in SS-210 Students must preregister for this group by calling 778-5210 and speaking to Melissa Martin by Sept. 21.

This group will help students learn stress management techniques through mindfulness practice and experiences.
