Nationally renowned jazz saxophonist Kris Jensen will take the stage as guest artist with the SUNY Broome Community College Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Dr. Mike Dubaniewicz at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 18, on campus at the Angelo Zuccolo Little Theatre. General admission is $5, and the concert is free to faculty and students.
Jensen is associated with many prominent artists in jazz and rock ,including the Allman Brothers Band and its individual members’ bands (Gregg Allman and Friends, Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band, Dickey Betts Band), trumpet legend Maynard Ferguson and The Dave Matthews Band.
