This course will introduce students to the laws and ethical standards that managers of any type of organization must abide by in the course of conducting their affairs. Laws and ethics should shape an individual’s and a company’s decision-making process. By the end of this introductory Business Law course, students will learn about the legal and ethical environment in which businesses operate, and what their responsibilities are in carrying out their duties.
