Join Jesan Sorrells for a reading and signing from his newly released book, My Boss Doesn’t Care: 100 Essays on Disrupting Your Work by Disrupting Your Boss. The event will run from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 26, on the third floor of the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator at 120 Hawley St. in Binghamton.

Sorrells is the founder of Human Services Consulting and Training (HSCT), an Endicott-based corporate training and consulting firm whose mission is to change organizations’ responses to internal corporate conflicts in the Southern Tier and throughout Upstate New York. HSCT has worked with organizations including Raymond Corporation, UHS, United Methodist Homes and Broome-Tioga BOCES.

Sorrells’ second published book, My Boss Doesn’t Care addresses a variety of common scenarios within the workplace, along with ways in which to handle them as they arise.

The event is free and all are welcome. Books will be available for purchase as well as t-shirts, bookmarks and pens. There is free parking in the back of the building.
