The Southern Tier Independent Filmmakers Society (STIFS) is hosting a Halloween video workshop from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, in Titchener Hall Room 101.
Learn how to shoot green screen and animation effects, and be a costumed extra in a local feature film. There will also be Halloween food, refreshments and film screenings. The event is sponsored by the SUNY Broome Communications Department.
