This film (58 minutes) will appeal to those who are fascinated with China or politics or both. Two boys and a girl vie for political office in a third-grade class in China and drama, character assassination and helicopter-parenting ensue. The children are meant to learn about democracy through the process of campaigning for office, but the viewer learns even more about China, politics, and how power corrupts.
