Get a taste of Mardi Gras in the SUNY Broome Dining Hall from Feb. 27 through March 3!

Special features will include Bananas Foster French Toast and Fat Stack Pancakes for breakfast, and Cajun Mac & Cheese, Shrimp Po’ Boys, Blackened Salmon BLTs, Chicken and Sausage Jambalayas and Blackened Chicken Alfredo as entrees.
