An image of grains on the plate in the shape of the seven continentsAmerican Dining Creations is proud to partner with the International Students Organization to feature an International Cuisine Week from Nov. 13 through 17.

The Dining Hall will feature a different meal each day at the Global Eatery station, highlighting indigenous dishes from different regions of the world. International students will be working directly with culinary staff to plan, prepare, cook and serve entrees and sides from their homeland. The students have supplied the recipes and will help the staff create the most authentic representation of the cuisine they’ve grown up with to share with the student body, faculty and staff.

We hope to see you all in the café next week to get a taste of some of these great dishes, and to help the ISO share their national pride and educate their fellow students on some of their favorite foods!
