SUNY Broome President, Dr. Kevin E. Drumm has been appointed as the new Co-Chair of the Southern Tier Regional Economic Development Council. The Southern Tier REDC works to grow the economies in Broome, Tioga, Chenango, Delaware, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben and Tompkins counties. 

Dr. Drumm will be succeeding Binghamton University President Harvey Stenger, who served as co-chair since 2013.
