The Main Café in the Student Center is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Aug. 18. It offers hot and cold beverages, snacks and items from the Saute & Sizzle grill menu, as well as a limited selection of breakfast items, deli sandwiches and salads.
The café will be closed from Aug. 21 through 25 so staff can focus on campus catering events, new employee training and preparing the café for grand reopening on Aug. 28.
The café will reopen for normal hours — 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday — on Aug. 28. Weekend brunch service will debut on Saturday, Sept. 2; brunch hours are 1 to 7 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
