The Blue Brothers Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club will be having a scholarship fundraising breakfast on Sept. 15, 2019, at the Elk’s Club in Vestal.
The money raised will help provide up to four scholarships for SUNY Broome Ctiminal Justice and Emergency Services students during the fall and spring semesters. The goal is to raise enough for two students to be awarded per semester.
