The work of pioneering media theorist Marshall McLuhan is becoming increasingly relevant to our contemporary, interconnected world. Join us from 12 to 1:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, in Titchener 101 for a rare opportunity to discuss McLuhan’s seminal work, “Understanding Media,” with McLuhan’s son, internationally-known lecturer Dr. Eric McLuhan in addition to McLuhan’s grandson, media educator Andrew McLuhan, via Skype.

SUNY Broome instructor, students curate TechWorks! camera exhibit

SUNY Broome instructor Marcia Blackburn and two of her Image Theory students, Matthew Otey and Cody Taylor, are curating an exhibit of Ansco cameras at TechWorks! at 321 Water St. in Binghamton.  The exhibit opens from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, and is part of the TechWorks! Holiday Open House. T
